A Labor Government will help more students, businesses and the community to access Fab Lab Adelaide and build new skills in emerging technology and advanced manufacturing.

Fab Lab provides locals will access cutting-edge design, 3D printing and laser cutting technology.

Member for Adelaide, Kate Ellis, said a Labor Government would commit $20,000 to help Fab Lab expand access to these services for locals.

“Fab Lab gives local businesses and students a great opportunity develop their tech skills,” Kate Ellis said.

“To be competitive in advanced manufacturing and design, Adelaide students and businesses need more opportunities to get hands-on experience.

“Fab Lab is a fantastic facility that gives students, businesses and the community an opportunity to trial new technologies, test new ideas and create new innovative products locally.”
